Just have to say that MSM has been honking about the need for illegal aliens since before Trump took office - it was an anti-trump campaign narrative - and have set up host/sanctuary cities in defiance of the law. Even yesterday one of their talking heads called Millie Tibbetts 'just a girl from Iowa'. Today they have the nerve to act as if they give a crap... not cool.

The dark gull screams
restive, restless, as the chuckling waves
rising and failing on the sand,
washing the earth away
a few grains at a time.
It does not like me near
yet hopes some good will come of it,
My presence.
Sometimes good does come
of my presence
How briny the the wickering breeze
How lonely the empty expanse
stretching unto the horizon.
The teeming sea is slate,
grey,
and bright.
